Order Processing

  You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you place your order. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your SPAM. You will receive another notification email as soon as your order has shipped.  Please be sure to enter your contact details correctly at checkout.

Please allow 3-6 working days for all orders to be processed & dispatched.  This can increase to 10 working days during busy periods e.g. summer, Christmas.

Processing time is the time it takes for us to create your order.

UK

Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class 

Uk orders are posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for, Royal Mail aims to deliver all items next working day, but some postcode areas may take longer.

International

Tracked, Standard (7-21 days for international delivery)

All orders over £50 qualify for Tracking or Sign For FREE delivery.

Please allow 7-21 days for delivery.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES

Orders cannot be reported lost/missing in transit until after 30 working days.

IMPORTANT:

Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Customers will need to open a case with Royal Mail to open an investigation and request compensation.

Please ensure you provide correct and complete delivery information. Lost parcels due to incorrect delivery address and information will not be refunded.

False claims of missing or lost parcels will not be refunded. For example, if Royal Mail confirm delivery of your parcel and you argue that it was not received, you must seek compensation with Royal Mail yourself.

 

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you’re not totally happy with your order, we’re happy to accept returns, just make sure that you:

  • Send them to us exactly as you received them
  • Get them back to us within 20 days of receipt
  • Include your order number as proof of purchase

We’ll accept returns for any of the following reasons:

  • The pieces are not as described on-site

In all instances the products must be returned unused in its original packaging.

 

SALE OF PRACTICE HANDS/FINGER are FINAL and NON REFUNDABLE

 
If you return from order that was placed with “Free Shipping” option - the initial shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (Special next day delivery)
If you are shipping item(s) over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so may want to add a signature confirmation to your return package.
You have to provide us tracking number. We highly recommend Royal Mail special next day delivery.
 
Don’t forget to add order number into package.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the financial institution.
 
Items returned without athorization will be refused and returned to sender/buyer. 
Buyer pay the shipping cost if the item damaged artificially.

Sending items back is free choice of customer therefore company do not take responsibility for lost items by post office ,so plase make sure items are posted with proof of posting or they are tracked. Refund will be issued as soon as item/items arrive back. We do not refund any posting fees.
