Order Processing

  You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you place your order. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your SPAM. You will receive another notification email as soon as your order has shipped.  Please be sure to enter your contact details correctly at checkout.

Please allow 2-4 working days for all orders to be processed & dispatched.  This can increase to 10 working days during busy periods e.g. summer, Christmas.

Processing time is the time it takes for us to create your order.

Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class 

Uk orders are posted using Royal Mail Signed for, Royal Mail aims to deliver all items next working day, but some postcode areas may take longer.

All UK orders over £50 qualify for For FREE delivery.

International

Tracked, Standard (3-15 working days for international delivery)

All International orders over £100 qualify for For FREE delivery.

Custom Orders

We do not accept return/refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

Custom orders in some cases could take up to 20 working days.
